Admitted Student Day

For newly admitted Mavericks and their families. Registration is now open!

When: March 27

What to expect:

The celebration kicks off at Sapp Fieldhouse on Dodge Campus. Free parking will be available in the East Parking Garage. View a map of campus here. This event involves some walking outside, so make sure you dress appropriately!

  • 8am: Check In, Resource Fair & Snacks
    • Enjoy a bite to eat and visit with various UNO offices and programs.
  • 9am - 10am: Welcome to UNO address
    • Hear from UNO leaders, current students, and learn more about your next steps.
  • 10am: College Receptions
    • Break into groups to learn more about your specific college. Meet faculty and future classmates!
  • 11:30am: Campus Tours
    • Depart from the Milo Bail Student Center to take a tour of campus led by a UNO student ambassador. 
  • 11:30am - 1:30pm: Optional UNO Housing Showcase
    • After Admitted Student Day, take a guided tour of residence halls on Dodge and Scott Campus and connect with housing staff to get your questions answered. This event is free and open to students and guests—no sign-up required. 

Registration for Admitted Student Day is open to fully admitted students only. A NUID is required to sign up. Need help finding yours? Visit this website.
