Odee Ingersoll, Nebraska Business Development Center
Odee Ingersoll serves as Kearney Center Director for the Nebraska Business Development Center. The Nebraska Center for Business Transition - home of BizWorth Nebraska - is a program provided by the Nebraska Business Development Center at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. The center provides business transition or exit planning for owners who plan to sell or use generational succession to leave their business in five years or less. The program helps the owner position their business for maximum value using up to nine different exit strategies, increasing their opportunity for a successful outcome, and keeping important businesses and the employment they create viable and growing in their communities.
David Baker, ISU Extension and Outreach
David Baker serves as the Beginning Farm Center Director for Iowa State University's Extension and Outreach department. David received his MBA in Business Management from Southwest Minnesota University in 2004. He received his BS in Facility Management from Troy University in 1979. He joined the ISU Extension and Outreach staff in May of 2006 as the Farm Transition Specialist with the Beginning Farmer Center. Dave was named the Director for the Beginning Farmer Center January 2018.
