Academic Planning Committee (APC)

The Academic Planning Committee has the responsibility for the planning and supervision of the teaching, research, and service programs in the Computer Science department.

Undergraduate Program Committee (UPC)

The Undergraduate Program Committee is responsible for maintaining the curriculum of the BSCS program. The committee also reviews proposals from faculty for new CSCI courses and independent study proposals from students, oversees the CS internship program, and leads the degree program assessment and accreditation efforts.

Graduate Program Committee - Computer Science (GPC-CS)

The CS Graduate Program Committee is responsible for the general supervision of the graduate program in (1) formulating graduate education administration and (2) maintaining comparable standards of academic tasks and activities for the degrees in alignment with the mission, values, and strategic goals in the Computer Science department.

Graduate Program Committee - Computer Science Education (GPC-CSED)

The CSEd Graduate Program Committee is responsible for maintaining the curriculum of the MS in CSEd program. The committee also reviews student applications, proposals from faculty for new CSTE courses, and independent study proposals from students, leads the degree program assessment efforts, and acts as liaison with the Teacher Education Department on matters requiring collaborative activities from Computer Science and Teacher Education Departments, such as accreditation.
