  • Requirements: 120-word proposal and a faculty sponsor

  • Information available below: Submission form (WORD doc), poster presentation template (zip file) which is merely there to be helpful - students can proceed however they wish with the approval of their faculty sponsor and example posters (zip files).

    Fall 2010 Psychology Lab Course Waitlists

     

    • PSYC 4024: Learning Lab
    • PSYC 4214: Sensation and Perception Lab
    • PSYC 4234: Behavioral Neuroscience Lab
    • PSYC 4280: Animal Behavior Lab

    If you are currently enrolled in, or have previously completed, PSYC 3140: Methods of Psychological Inquiry and one of the lab prerequisite courses:

     

    • PSYC 4020: Learning (prereq for Learning Lab)
    • PSYC 4210: Sensation and Perception or PSYC 4070: Cognitive Psychology (prereq for Sensation and Perception Lab)
    • PSYC 4230: Behavioral Neuroscience (prereq for Behavioral Neuroscience Lab)
    • PSYC 4270: Animal Behavior or PSYC 4320: Hormones and Behavior (prereq for Animal Behavior Lab)

     

    and wish to pre-register for the paired lab course for this fall, you need to notify the Department of Psychology secretary, Marie Lee. You can do this anytime between Monday, February 8, and Friday, March 5. You will need to provide her with the following information:

     

    • Name
    • NU ID #
    • email address
    • desired lab course
    • approximate total credit hours earned by the end of this term
    • anticipated date of graduation

     

    Sometime prior to E-BRUNO pre-registration you will be informed by email as to whether or not a permit to enroll in the desired lab has been granted. We hope to accommodate all eligible students, but will prioritize by credit hours earned if necessary. There is no priority for signing up early; you simply need to sign up with Marie Lee sometime during the 4 weeks between February 8 and March 5. You can 1) email her at: mglee@unomaha.edu , 2) stop by the department in ASH 347, or 3) call her at 554-2581 to sign up on a waitlist for a Fall 2010 psychology lab course.
