Future or Work Symposium Forces of Change December 11, 2023 | 1-4 P.M. Scott Conference Center

In 2025, the Future of Work Symposium continues its exploration of the evolving world of work—how, why, and where it happens. This free event brings together creative leaders, innovators, and professionals from across industries to discuss how work, the workforce, and the workplace are being redefined.

This year’s theme highlights how individuals are shaping meaningful careers that align with their skills, values, and ambitions—through entrepreneurship, freelancing, gig work, and corporate innovation. Conversations will delve into:

  • The rise of independent, flexible, and purpose-driven careers

  • Strategies for aligning work with personal and professional values

  • The impact of automation, AI, and the creator economy

  • How to future-proof careers through lifelong learning and adaptability
