Biography
Jon Rosenlund serves as the Emergency Management & Communications Director for Grand Island and Hall County, Nebraska, a position he has held since 2007.
He began his career in 9-1-1 communications in 1996 as a public safety dispatcher and transitioned into emergency management in 2003. With extensive experience in public safety communications and emergency management, he has dedicated his career to supporting community preparedness and emergency response.
Jon holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian, both from Brigham Young University.
