Alumni Update

Dr. Camtrice Botos is a Director of Development with the University of Nebraska Foundation and an instructor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska Omaha. She earned her Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she also completed master's degrees in Public Administration and Music Performance. Her research examines identity, stigma, emotional labor, power, and equity within organizations. Drawing on critical and phenomenological perspectives, she investigates how individuals experience and navigate workplace structures, expectations, and inequities. Her scholarly interests span philanthropy, higher education, and nonprofit organizations.
