Bio

Xian Gao is an assistant professor at California State University in the Department of Political Science. She is a recent graduate of the doctoral program in the School of Public Administration. Xian’s research focuses on digital governance and collaboration in local government. Her dissertation investigates how to foster the use of collaborative technology to improve government performance.
