Bio
Bunmi Lawoyin, a fourth-year doctoral student, is a native of Osogbo, Nigeria. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Covenant University, Nigeria, and pursued her MPA at St. Cloud State University. During her time as an MPA student, she worked with the policy department of the university’s office of the president and served as committee member for the community building and the academic planning working group. Bunmi is very passionate about societal reform and hopes to proffer solutions to social problems in low-income communities. Her research interests are urban management, public policy, public and nonprofit management, and community development.Education
