Dr. Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and holds a Master of Public Management and a Bachelor of Political Science from National Taiwan University. His research focuses on digital governance, artificial intelligence, policy implementation, and phenomenology, bridging Taiwanese and American perspectives on public administration and political institutions.
