Latino Pilots Association

The Latino Professionals in Aerospace Maverick Chapter is dedicated to empowering and uplifting aspiring aviators and aerospace professionals. Our mission is to inspire, mentor, and support members through meaningful opportunities for networking, professional development, and personal growth. By hosting events, workshops, and cultural celebrations, we strive to create a welcoming environment where students can strengthen their skills, build lasting connections, and take pride in their heritage while pursuing excellence in the aviation industry.

This semester, the chapter is hosting a variety of engaging events designed to foster community and connection. Activities include coffee socials at local Hispanic cafés, lively game nights featuring Lotería at the Inner Rail Food Hall, tours of aviation facilities, and a special aviation-themed photoshoot and storytelling night in honor of Día de los Muertos. Each event offers members a chance to connect with peers, celebrate culture, and grow both personally and professionally within the aviation community.
