The UNO Aviation Career Conference is a full-day event designed to provide college-aged aviation students with practical tools, professional insights, and direct connections to industry leaders.

Attendees have the opportunity to participate in seminar sessions covering airline interviews, career pathways, and real-world advice from recruiters and recent graduates. The expo hall provides a space for students to connect with airline representatives, aviation companies, industry partners, and other professionals from across the aviation industry.
