Ashley J. Blount is an Associate Professor in the Department of Counseling in the College of Education at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Her research interests include: Women's Health, Counselor Education & Supervision, and Athletes & Athletic Family Systems.

Dr. Blount is the current Graduate Review Committee Chair (GRC) in the Department of Counseling, is on numerous Journal Review Committees, and is a member of numerous Department, College, and University Service assignments.
