Biography
Michael T. Hurley was born and raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota. He earned a BFA degree from the University of Wyoming in Laramie in 2009 and an MFA degree from California State University in Chico in 2014.
After graduate school he worked as a studio assistant to Jun Kaneko for a decade in Omaha, Nebraska.
Michael began working as the Art Lab Manager for UNO in the autumn of 2024.
His artwork has been exhibited internationally, appeared in several publications, and is included in numerous private and public collections.
