Biography
Neil Griess serves as an instructor. In his art practice, he is focused on landscape painting and drawing with a slightly distorted realism.
His work has been published in New American Paintings and the textbook Art for Everyone. Neil is an Omaha native, inspired from a young age by his late uncle’s work, realist artist Kent Bellows.
He enjoys walking his Staffordshire Terrier, Curry, and doing small renovation projects with his wife Emily on their South Omaha home.
