Mareez was born in Egypt and moved to Omaha with her family in 2016. She graduated from Millard South High School in 2022 and started her undergraduate studies at UNO in Fall 2022. Mareez is majoring in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Studio Art. She is also on the pre-dental track. Mareez's hobbies include drawing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
