Climbing wall, rental center, Trips, workshops, and class offerings.

Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) offer a variety of techniques beneficial to specific areas of the body.

What to expect when using the Workout Facility

  • Please ask the Weight Room Supervisor any questions regarding the fitness area.
  • Please do not drop dumbbells or standard barbell plates.
  • Please wipe down equipment before and after use.
  • Any questions can be directed to current staff members.

What to expect when using the Climbing Wall

  • Climbing shoes are available for check out and must be worn inside the Climbing Wall.
  • Clean gym shoes are allowed on the wall. They must never have been used outside and the soles must be disinfected before they are used on the wall.
  • Any questions can be directed to current staff members.
