Biography

Bridget Lillethorup grew up in Omaha before moving to Minnesota to complete degrees in English and American Studies. After an AmeriCorps term in Tucson, she moved back to Omaha and completed her master's degree at UNO, where she was awarded the Helen Hansen Outstanding Graduate Student Award. Bridget worked as an English instructor before joining the Digital Learning team. In her spare time, she is a Teaching Artist at Nebraska Writer's Collective, where she facilitates writing workshops in local high schools and public library branches.
