FUSE Program

Special loan privileges are awarded to undergraduate students in the FUSE program with sponsorship by their faculty advisor. Advisors who wish to sponsor a FUSE student must complete this form and submit it to circulation staff.

The loan period for requested items will be reflected in the student's library account and is determined by the length of the grant (maximum two semesters). If items are needed longer than two semesters, a new application will need to be submitted.

Faculty advisors will be responsible for items not returned by the end of the loan period.
