UNO faculty should use this form to request video media be made available to students for remote independent viewing or to showcase content within the class time without needing playback equipment.
New requests for media not already digitized may not be available as links for at least 5-9 business days after receipt of physical media.
Requests for streaming links during a semester are accepted but should expect a 1-3 business day delay even if the media was used in a prior semester or other class.
Wait times may be increased based on the request queue ahead of you, and may be longer for requests made after the start of a semester and into the first few weeks of active classes.
Please account for this potential delay in your course offerings and make requests at least one semester prior to the course to limit interruptions.
Should you require a new disc to be digitized that is not part of the library collection, we ask that you please email us at unolibrarycpl@unomaha.edu and set up a specific time or receive special instructions to drop off your media in addition to filling out your digital request form below.
