I have over 25 years of experience as a leader in the nonprofit sector. I have an extensive background in management, training, group facilitation, program development, and impact evaluation as well as grant writing and fundraising. I have worked successfully with funding sources both public and private, the media, and elected officials.

I love problem solving, connecting, tough conversations, and sticky issues. My top five Gallup StrengthsFinder themes are Connectedness, Relator, Achiever, Arranger, & Competition.

My greatest strengths are in public speaking, group facilitation, board governance, and training.
