Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel
Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel (FCAP) is an international Christian ministry that brings together people across the airline and aviation industry. Its mission centers on helping Christians connect with one another, build meaningful relationships, and reflect their faith through quality work and care for those around them.
Through local groups, prayer gatherings, online discussions, retreats, and faith-based resources, FCAP provides opportunities for spiritual growth and connection. Its student outreach also connects college students through campus chapters and university partnerships, encouraging the next generation of aviation professionals as they prepare for their careers.
FCAP encourages participants to see their work as an opportunity to serve God and others. Whether in the classroom, at the airport, or on the flight deck, the organization helps people consider how their faith can guide their decisions, relationships, and approach to aviation.
