Amy Kaden is a dynamic leader with two decades of experience delivering Financial Services solutions for ATM and Network services clients while simultaneously improving quality, profitability and customer satisfaction for Fiserv. Currently, she is an application development leader for Card Services responsible for the transformation and modernization of STAR, Accel, MoneyPass and Gateway Interfaces platforms.

Amy joined the company in 1998 and is recognized for her ability to adeptly translate customer requests to technical solutions enabling the delivery of new products exceeding the market needs. Her teams not only ensure a complete understanding of the desired user experience, but also deliver a fully vetted end-to-end solution anticipating the next market need.

During her tenure with Fiserv, Amy has grown from a trainer for Member and ATM Service departments to leading the training teams across Wilmington, DE, Atlanta, GA, and Maitland, FL. From training associates to service clients, she transitioned to managing a multi-million dollar book of business as a relationship manager. Her time with the clients led to numerous contract renewals and increased revenue from new and cross sales.

Fifteen years ago, she accepted a position in Technology as a Solution Analyst. Her role expanded to managing the STAR Network and Debit Processing Portfolio, Capacity, and Release Management teams, the Solution Analyst team, as well as overseeing Application Development delivery.

Her career started in the Personal Banking division of Wilmington Trust, a Delaware based Financial Institution.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Delaware. She is an active volunteer for Kay’s Kamp, a non-profit organization offering an American Camping Association (ACA) accredited week-long, overnight camp experience for children with cancer and those now in remission.

Jocelyn has had a large passion for technology since the age of 9 where she taught herself HTML and CSS to build websites and design layouts in Paint Shop Pro. Many years and Java coding boot camp later, now a senior software engineer looking for next role and is also the host of Git Cute Podcast, a technology podcast that is aimed at providing technology and career advice without the humdrum and heaviness of technical jargon. Outside of work, Jocelyn devotes a portion of her time to traveling around the country giving technical presentations and talks about diversity and inclusion within the tech sector. With the rest of her time, you can find her decompressing with video games and spending too much time on Twitter.
