Teaching Philosophy

"My first priority has always been the student. During my time at the University of Nebraska Omaha, I advised and mentored hundreds of students. I helped guide them successfully through both undergraduate and graduate programs. Students should believe that the education they are receiving will lead them to full and productive lives in society. To that end, colleges and universities should be held to a higher level of consumer satisfaction. My vision of higher education is that our students will graduate with the skills required to not only gain employment in their chosen field, but to also be responsible members of their community."
