image

kayla-headshot.jpgThe UNO College of Arts and Sciences is excited to welcome Kayla Sheehan as an Administrative Associate in the Dean’s Office of the College of Arts and Sciences.

She will work closely with the deans in a variety of ways to support the daily operations of the College including handling general correspondence, scheduling and travel for the Dean’s Office personnel; assisting with research and writing of proposals and reports; and coordinating, planning and executing internal College events.

As a new addition to the team of students, faculty and staff serving the educational and research mission of the College, Sheehan says she is looking forward to getting to know the UNO campus community and helping others.

Sheehan is returning to Nebraska from San Antonio, TX where she recently served as Administrative Assistant to the Dean in the Ila Faye Miller School of Nursing & Health Professions at the University of the Incarnate Word.

She holds an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
