A STEM Council of rotating faculty and staff members serves as an advisory board to the STEM Community Chair leadership at the Center. In addition, about 50 faculty and staff serve on the UNO STEM Leadership Team, which supports the center with a broader array of expertise. The STEM TRAIL Center also collaborates closely with the Women in STEM Group (WiSTEM) and the Omaha STEM Ecosystem.
