Lincoln, Nebraska – Learn how an aspiring restaurant owner, Pah Dah, and his incredible background from Karen state citizen to the country of Burma to a United States immigrant to getting his US citizenship and eventually a small business owner. Thanks to the guidance of Craig Boesch, Lincoln SBDC Center Director, High Peak is now serving Asian cuisine in Lincoln, Nebraska.
