Chemical Labeling Templates

These are designed for easy printing on Avery 5163, 2” x 4” label, or as an alternative, Avery 5523, 2” x 4”, weather-proof (more durable) label.

When selecting a template, please make sure you are using the Chemical Waste Label Template for labeling all chemical waste collection containers.
