The Judicial Branch is comprised of three bodies: Student Court, the Election Commission, and the Parking Appeals Commission.
The Student Court interprets Student Government matters and hears appeals; the Election Commission oversees elections; and the Parking Appeals Commission reviews parking ticket appeals. Each body upholds fairness and accountability.
Student Court
Interprets the Student Government Constitution, bylaws, and governing documents and issues rulings on matters related to Student Government operations and can hear appeals surrounding Elections and Parking. The Student Court ensures fair application of processes across SGA and its agencies.

Election Commission
Enforces Student Government election rules, manages candidate eligibility and election procedures, monitors campaign activities, resolves election-related complaints, and certifies election results to ensure a fair and impartial election process. In the spring semester, this Commission works closely with those running to ensure they have proper training on what it means to campaign.

Parking Appeals Commission
We can probably agree that receiving a parking ticket isn’t any fun. This commission reviews and adjudicates appeals of parking citations issued under university parking regulations. The commission evaluates submitted evidence, applies applicable parking policies, and renders decisions to uphold, reduce, or dismiss citations.
