The strategic framework model provides a visual representation of the key elements of UNO’s proposed Strategic Framework and how those elements intersect. The campus is developing the key objectives that support the key pillars, identifying campus-wide outcomes and metrics, and articulating the college and unit strategies and tactics that allow the campus to achieve its vision.
