My focus is on changes to cognitive and mobility functions, and how these relate to physical activity levels and emotions. I am interested in promoting daily activities to prevent and/or delay cognitive and mobility decline with mental health. I enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences with students; I consider creating a cooperative environment in the classroom to be essential to promoting learning, so that students will apply their cooperative skills and apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
