North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad

Hosted by University of Nebraska at Omaha

Are you interested in language? Are you good at solving puzzles? Do you enjoy logic games? Are you high school or middle school student between the ages of 13-18? If so, you should compete in the 2024 North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad! No prior knowledge or experience with linguistics or second languages is required—all of the problems test problem solving and logical thinking abilities.

Winners of the invitational round will be eligible to represent North America at the International Linguistic Olympiad!

When?

  • Open Round: January 25, 2024 9am-12:30pm (check-in at least 15 minutes before)
  • Invitational Round: March 14, 2024 9am-12:30pm (check-in at least 15 minutes before)

Where? The Peter Kiewit Institute, 1110 S 67th St, Omaha, NE 68182.
