Meet a Teacher Scholar: Emily Lorenzen

Emily is from Omaha, Nebraska and is a 2019 graduate of Burke High School. At UNO, she studied Elementary Education with an Inclusive Practices concentration and currently works as a second grade teacher in the Omaha area.

"Going into college I was super worried that I wouldn't find a group of future educators that I could connect with and grow with throughout my college experience, however TSA has given me peers, faculty members, community members, and educators that I have been able to collaborate with and grow with just as I had hoped."
