About TSA Program Evaluation

Preservice graduating Scholars

We collect exit interview data from each TSA cohort as they reach graduation and matriculate into careers in education.

We seek to

  • determine aspects of TSA programming that were beneficial to Scholars (perceived) before they enter the teaching workforce.
  • be responsive to the expressed needs of TSA Scholars, to improve their cohort experience and learning outcomes.

Research products

  1. Unpublished program reports that we submit approximately 3 times/year to our generous funders

a. Qualitative interview data + measurement surveys on satisfaction

We are seeking graduate students who have a background in educational research to assist with data analysis and writing program evaluation reports.
