Additional Information

Justin is a trained research methodologist through an earned PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and has worked on research projects for Creighton University and the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has taught mixed methods research, qualitative research, and introduction to educational research. He has a background in middle school science education (M. Ed. University of Maryland College Park), having taught in public schools in Omaha and in Prince George’s County, Maryland and serving as a science instructional coach for Omaha Public Schools. His science background stems from an ecology and evolutionary biology bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, and research assistantships for Colorado State University and the USGS.
