Additional Information

In 2022, Cody received an Associate of Arts from Ozarks Technical Community College. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with an endorsement in English Language Arts at the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s (UNO) College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences, with an expected graduation in Spring 2026. Through his comparative education research in Kenya and his role as personnel in UNO’s Office of Sustainability, Cody has remained committed to promoting sustainability both inside and outside the classroom. His current research focuses on teacher identity development in traditional and alternative educator preparation programs, and he will be participating in a Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP) at Ohio State University. After graduation, Cody plans to continue building his research experience by pursuing a graduate degree.
