Connect Care Hero is a social activities management platform for senior living and homecare teams to help keep families easily connect to their loved ones. CCHero helps staff complete their work faster and allow them to share what their loved one is participating in through activities. Families are connected through their simple to use Family app, which gives them a glimpse into their social wellbeing.
