Outside the Classroom Learning

The College of Arts and Sciences offers a rich diversity of majors and courses. You can supplement your course work with any number of organizations, clubs, honor societies and volunteer experiences. These outside the classroom learning opportunities create a community of learners that enriches the academic experience, while also providing you with positive social outlets.

Many of our majors have dedicated professional organizations you can join. Or, maybe you're interested in the Pre-Law Society. Perhaps you're even thinking of international travel and study abroad experiences.

Whatever your interests, there are opportunities for you to extend your learning beyond the classroom and enhance your UNO experience.
