Additional Information

Mike was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. After graduating from Creighton Prep in 2012, he attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary studies, with emphases in English, History, and Sociology. Mike spent the bulk of his professional career in social work, spending time at organizations such as Boys Town and Heartland Family Service prior to starting in higher education at Metropolitan Community College. He joined the HCRC team in August 2020 as a Pre-Health Advisor and Community Outreach Specialist.

Mike’s hobbies include spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching movies.
