Additional Information
Sharish is an undergraduate research intern in Dr. Park’s Vascular and Metabolic Phenotyping Research Lab at UNO, where he is gaining hands-on experience carrying out experiments for assays created by graduate students. He is active on campus as a member of the Pre-Health Professionals Club and the Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students. Outside of school, Sharish works as a CNA at the Good Samaritan Society, a senior living and rehabilitation center, where he supports residents through daily care. Following graduation, Sharish plans to attend medical school and pursue a career as a physician.
