Kritika works as a medication aide at Compassionate Memory Care through Methodist Hospital, where she administers medications and provides support to residents under end-of-life care. Her experience has strengthened her empathy, responsibility, and commitment to patient well-being. Previously, she worked at Kindercare, a childcare center, where she nurtured children through educational activities and daily care. On campus, Kritika is actively involved in organizations such as Healing Hearts Project, Dance Marathon, Healthroots, Medical Journalism, and the Asian Student Union. She plans to begin shadowing and is considering joining a research lab to further explore her medical interests. Following graduation, Kritika plans to attend medical school.
