Austin currently works as a asset intelligence intern at Berkshire Hathaway Energy, where he worked as a 2025–2026 Innovation Ignited Fellow, a prestigious program sponsored by the Scott Scholars Program in partnership with MIT. Previously, as a Scott Scholars Design Studio intern, he partnered with UNeTech and BFields Solutions to develop a functional prototype for a Dynamic Automated Antibiogram, improving physician access to critical medical data. Austin possesses a wide techincal range, with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C++, Java, HTML, CSS and experience in GitHub, Git, Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure DevOps, Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio. At UNO, he serves on the Scott Scholars Leadership Council's Outreach and Recruitment Committee. Following graduation, he plans to pursue a career in software engineering and data science.
