Additional Information

Austin currently works with Berkshire Hathaway Energy as a 2025-2026 Innovation Ignited Fellow, a prestigious AI and automation program in partnership with MIT. Previously, as a Scott Scholars Design Studio intern, Austin worked with UNeTech and BFields Solutions to develop a functional prototype for their Dynamic Automated Antibiogram, enhancing physician access to critical medical data. Proficient in tools such as Ionic Angular, Capacitor, Firebase, Git, and GitHub, and fluent in Python, TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS, Austin has hands-on experience in full-stack development and Agile practices. On campus, he’s an active member of the Scott Scholars Leadership Council, serving on the Outreach and Recruitment Committee. Following graduation, Austin is passionate about pursuing impactful work at the intersection of software development and data engineering.
