This summer, Andre worked as a finance intern at Applied Underwriters, where he gained experience in financial analysis, data management, and treasury operations while working alongside industry professionals. Through the internship, he developed analytical skills by evaluating financial data, supporting business operations, and participating in structured professional development and mentorship opportunities. Andre has also continued working at Walmart, where he has developed strong customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while balancing his academic responsibilities. He hopes to apply these experiences toward a career in actuarial science following graduation.
