Additional Information
Kate is a well-rounded student with a variety of interests and achievements, having earned varsity letters in mock trial, softball, and basketball, and being highly involved in theatre as a stage manager and director throughout her high school career. Kate has also developed practical skills through hands-on experience as a farm hand, such as repairing equipment, caring for livestock, and performing occasional veterinary tasks. At UNO, she is involved with the JPII Newman Center. Following graduation, Kate hopes to apply her diverse skills and passions to the development of innovative biomechanical and prosthetic technologies.
