This summer, Megan continued working as an undergraduate researcher in UNO's nationally recognized Additive Manufacturing Lab under the direction of Dr. Zuniga. Recently, she received a NASA Nebraska Space Grant to fund her research. Previously, Megan was a Scott Scholars Design Studio intern with UNMC's Department of Emergency Medicine and has also worked as a Haddix math outreach intern with Dr. Matthews in UNO’s Math Department. At UNO, Megan is an active member of Biomechanics United, serving as their treasurer, as well as campus ministry. After graduation, Megan plans to earn her doctorate in occupational therapy.
