Callie Stalnaker

This past summer, Callie worked as mechanical engineering intern at Morrissey Engineering, where she helped design mechanical systems for buildings including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. She also spent time in Estes Park, CO, pioneering a program through the nonprofit Global Friends to serve the international workers in that area. During the previous summer, she studied abroad in Spain for six weeks, effectively completing her Spanish minor and reaching intermediate level proficiency in the language. She has also been an intern with Engineering Technologies Inc., and KRT construction, where she played a pivotal role in designing and engineering homes and other buildings. At UNO, Callie is a member of the Architectural Engineering Student Leadership and Advisory Committee (AESLAC) and is highly involved in PC3, a college ministry through Providence Church. After graduation, Callie is interested in a career in architectural engineering.
