Four years ago, Grant launched Auto Racing Analytics, a business providing data services for professional drivers and teams, including RSMG driver Sammy Smith. As founder and CEO, Grant develops and maintains critical databases to support performance analysis and driver improvement. Previously, he worked with the NASCAR team Legacy Motor Club as one of the first members of the Driver Optimization Department. In that role, he focused on data analytics and software development, creating tools to streamline information from race weekends and simulations into actionable insights for the team. At UNO, Grant holds the leadership role of Deputy Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus, actively supporting community and campus initiatives. Following graduation, Grant aims to earn his master's in data science and then build a career in software development or motorsports data analysis.
