Biography
I am the Director of TAP and ACT, masters certification programs. in the Teacher Education department at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences. I have 17+ years of experience in the field of education including: teaching in the classroom, facilitating mentor and induction programs for novice teachers, and serving as an assistant principal & a principal. I am a highly driven to achieve mission-minded leader, with a proven track record in planning, supporting, and coordinating various educational projects and initiatives. I am a team builder with superb interpersonal and communication skills that contribute to and foster a warm, efficient working environment. I have in-depth experience in training, developing, and coaching pre-service, novice, experienced and veteran teachers.
