Each EMBA participant is matched with a seasoned C-suite executive for individualized mentoring. These confidential, high-level conversations provide real-world insight into enterprise leadership, strategic decision-making, and boardroom dynamics. The experience accelerates executive growth by challenging participants to think bigger, lead with clarity, and operate at the highest levels of organizational impact.
The “Genius of Buffett” Course
The Genius of Buffett course explores the principles behind enduring value creation, disciplined capital allocation, and principled leadership. Through the lens of Warren Buffett’s philosophy and the Berkshire Hathaway model, participants develop frameworks for long-term thinking, risk assessment, governance, and ethical decision-making — hallmarks of exceptional executive leadership.
Global Immersion Experience
The week-long Global Immersion experience expands participants’ strategic perspective through direct engagement with international companies, leaders, and markets. By examining global innovation ecosystems and cross-border business dynamics firsthand, executives strengthen their global mindset and build the agility required to compete in an interconnected world.
