Classes meet on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in a hybrid format, allowing students to attend in person at Mammel Hall or join live online. Students progress through the program as part of a cohort, building lasting connections with professionals from a variety of industries. The experience is centered on three integrated learning pillars: Business Foundations, Personalized Executive Development (including one-on-one executive coaching and C-suite mentorship), and Leading in Today's Environment.

The curriculum follows a modular pathway that provides flexibility while supporting career growth. Module 1 builds a strong foundation in core business disciplines and leads to a standalone Graduate Certificate in Executive Business. Module 2 expands on that foundation with a focus on strategic leadership, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise agility, culminating in the Executive MBA degree. Throughout the program, students also participate in high-impact experiential learning opportunities, including a Global Immersion Trip, an Applied Capstone Project that addresses real organizational challenges, and exposure to value investing principles through the Genius of Buffett experience.

Frequent business travel won't derail your progress in the UNO Executive MBA program. The curriculum is designed to accommodate the demanding schedules of working professionals through a flexible hybrid class structure.

If you are out of town, traveling for work, or facing unexpected scheduling conflicts, you can seamlessly switch between attending in person at Mammel Hall and participating live online via interactive video conferencing. This hybrid format ensures that whether you're in Omaha or on a business trip halfway across the globe, you won't miss out on class discussions, group collaboration, or faculty support. Furthermore, because classes are consistently scheduled on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, you can easily plan work travel and commitments around your academic schedule well in advance.
